Business Parks - 100 Acres or More
301 Park of Commerce North, a 110-acre park zoned for light industry. Located in south Manatee County, 301 Park of Commerce North offers easy access to US 301 and I-75 and has a variety of site sizes to accommodate your business.
Creekwood East Corporate Park is the County’s only business park that allows industrial development with direct access to I-75.
