Real Estate Account Registration

The EDC is pleased to offer a free service to local property owners, managers and real estate agents to have an opportunity to list available office, industrial/warehouse and land (zoned for industrial or office) holdings on the EDC website. Your listing(s) will be seen by millions of visitors and will be used by the EDC to prepare "Response Packages" to businesses interested in locating or expanding in Manatee County. You will receive a weekly real estate activity summary that tracks the number of times visitors have viewed your real estate entry.

Please adhere to the following regulations to keep your account in good standing:

• Only valid, legitimate listings are allowed.
• You are requested to review and update your listings every 30 days.
• Listings that are incorrectly represented will be removed from the website.
